ExaCC OCI integration with OEM 13.5 Cloud Control installed On-premises.

  • To have overall view on your Exadata X9M Cloud Infrastructure, statistics related to CPU/Memory/ASM Storage usage.
  • Since version OEM release update 13.5.0.23 of OMS / Agents. There is few new interesting Dashboards and panels related to OCI Exadata Infrastructure.
  • Adding this OCI integration to OEM give you viasability of physical cell servers and their statistics.
  • Get Exacli username and password to your ExaCC cellservers.
  • Create new named credentials in OEM to have connection between OEM and storage Cellservers.
  • Go to Identity > Domains > Groups and create new.
  • Create a new user and attach it to a group created earlier and create API keys.
  • Create a new policy with privileges to be able to read your compartment objects.
  • Install OCI Cli as oracle user on Oracle Linux 8 and configure credentials to an OCI user.
  • Deploy Exadata plugins on Agents and Wait for some metrics and statistics, some of them need up to 24h to be gathered.
