Google Pixel 9 is getting a scam detection upgrade you’ll want on your phone
- Google has launched the Scam Detection feature for call on Pixel phones.
- The AI system listens to ongoing telephonic conversations in real-time, detects risky patterns, and raises an alarm if necessary.
- Scam Detection is implemented on-device and can be disabled during a call.
- Google has also added Scam Detection to its Messages app for SMS, MMS, and RCS conversations.
