How to manually add a workout to Apple Fitness+

  • You can manually add a workout to Apple Fitness+ if you need to log some exercise while you weren’t wearing your Apple Watch.
  • To add a workout, open the Health app on your iPhone, go to the Workouts section, and tap on Add Data.
  • You can enter the details of your missing workout including activity type, calories burned, distance, starts and ends time.
  • Adding a missed workout can restore a Fitness streak in Apple Fitness+.
