<ul><li>HSBC has appointed Lisa McGeough as President and CEO for the United States.</li><li>She is the first female CEO in the region in over a decade and only the second in HSBC's 150-year history.</li><li>In her new role, McGeough will lead the next phase of growth for the United States and oversee all businesses in the region.</li><li>She will also drive the expansion of the newly integrated wholesale business, Corporate and Institutional Banking, in North America.</li></ul>
