<ul><li>ICL has signed a joint venture agreement with Dynanonic to produce lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cathode active material (CAM) in Europe.</li><li>The joint venture will have an initial investment of approximately €285 million and a new facility will be established in Sallent, Spain.</li><li>ICL will repurpose its site in Sallent, which was previously used for potash production, to accommodate the new facility.</li><li>The joint venture aims to take advantage of the growing lithium-ion battery industry in Europe and plans to expand to meet the demand.</li></ul>
