<ul><li>Apple has released the iOS 18.4 update, featuring new emoji, image playground improvements, better photo organization, News+ recipe addition, bug fixes, and security updates.</li><li>The new emoji in iOS 18.4 include a smiley with bags under its eyes, a fingerprint, a splatter, a leafless tree, a harp, a root vegetable, a shovel, and the flag of Sark.</li><li>Other features in iOS 18.4 include Sketch Style in Image Playground, Priority Notifications based on Apple Intelligence, new filters and order options in Photos, and the addition of recipes in News+.</li><li>The iOS 18.4 update is available for all iPhones since the 2018 iPhone Xs, except for the Apple Intelligence features, which require newer models.</li></ul>
