Apple’s new feature that mirrors your iPhone on a Mac will support drag and drop when iOS 18.1 and macOS 15.1 arrive in October.
The feature is available in iOS 18.1 beta 5 and macOS Sequoia beta 5, allowing users to drag and drop content between iPhone Mirroring and Mac applications.
iPhone Mirroring is a Continuity feature that works with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi, enabling users to mirror their iPhone on a Mac without any special setup.
Users can adjust settings to require Mac's password or Touch ID when launching iPhone Mirroring, and choose whether to receive iPhone notifications on their Mac.
