Lava is reportedly working on a 5G-capable model of its Shark series, called the Shark 5G, following the release of the 4G-only Shark in April.
Leaked marketing renders reveal the Shark 5G will be available in blue and gold color options, with '5G' branding on the rear alongside the Lava wordmark.
Compared to the 4G model, the Shark 5G features two rear cameras and a redesigned LED flash array, with a 13 MP main camera instead of the 50 MP sensor on the 4G variant.
Expected to run on Android 15, the Lava Shark 5G could be equipped with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and powered by the Unisoc T765 SoC, maintaining affordability though specific pricing and availability details are yet to be disclosed.
