The company, known for its Apollo series of systems-on-chip (SOCs), aims to list its shares on the NYSE under the ticker symbol 'AMBQ'.
Ambiq reported a loss of $50.3 million on sales of $65.5 million in 2023, with revenue increasing by 16% to $76.1 million in the following year.
The firm plans to utilize proceeds from the IPO for product development efforts, expanding its chip offerings, integrating its power management technology SPOT into various products, and launching a licensing program.
