Majority of employees feel difficulty in adapting work-from-office module: Report

  • However, 25% feel confident about navigating this change. The report anticipates potential attrition due to increasing work-from-home opportunities, with 82% citing this as a concern. Despite this, 67% believe office work fosters better integration and organizational values.
  • Flexibility is desired by 56% of employees, while 33% oppose additional work-from-anywhere benefits. Chairman R P Yadav emphasizes the need for organizations to address diverse sentiments and evolving workforce needs.
