NASA Astronaut Tracy Dyson, along with her fellow Expedition 71 crewmates, spoke to students at Elsie Whitlow Stokes Community Freedom Public Charter School in Washington.
During her time on the International Space Station, Dyson conducted a range of scientific and technological activities.
She operated a robot on Earth, printed cardiac tissue samples using a 3D bioprinter, and participated in the crystallization of proteins for pharmaceutical production.
Dyson also ran a program that used student-designed software to control the station's free-flying robots, inspiring future innovators.
