Intuitive Machines' IM-2 lunar mission ended early after landing in a crater from the Moon's South Pole.The mission included a drill and a mass spectrometer to search for volatiles on the Moon.The lunar lander, IM-2, landed far from the intended site and was unable to fully operate the drill and instruments.Despite the setbacks, some data was collected for NASA and the CLPS initiative continues to support commercial lunar exploration.
