Zephalto, a space balloon startup, plans to offer Michelin-star quality cuisine to passengers on trips to the stratosphere in a stratospheric balloon.
By 2025, Zephalto plans to take passengers to near space in a balloon, replicating the experience of a Michelin-starred restaurant, starting at $132,000 ( ₹1 crore approximately) per person.
The balloon will rise to 25 kilometers above the earth’s surface, providing a view of the curvature of the Earth in the blue line.
French designer Joseph Dirand will create the minimalist interiors for the stratospheric balloon, which will also include Wi-Fi for passengers.
