The upcoming Google Pixel 10 handset is expected to feature a triple-camera setup with a periscope-style zoom lens.
However, the main and ultrawide camera sensors on the Pixel 10 may be downgraded, with a smaller Samsung GN8 sensor replacing the previous GNV primary sensor and a Sony sensor from the previous model used for the ultrawide lens.
The phone will include an all-new 11MP telephoto camera, the Samsung 3J1, which is also found on the Pixel 9 Pro Fold.
The Downgrade in camera sensors could be a way to offset a price increase caused by adding an extra camera and to make room for the new lens, but it may not justify the trade-off for many users.
