Scientists have taken the clearest-ever images of the universe when it was just 380,000 years old.The images captured by the Atacama Cosmology Telescope (ACT) provide new insights into the early universe. The images reveal gas movements and help confirm the age of the universe, estimated to be 13.8 billion years. The data from ACT support the slower expansion rate of the universe, as suggested by measurements from the cosmic microwave background (CMB).
