European EV sales have been on the rise in the first two months of the year despite a significant drop in Tesla registrations.EV registrations in the EU, EFTA and UK increased by 31.4% compared to the same period last year, while Tesla saw a 42.6% decline.In the European Union, overall EV sales went up by 28.4% in January-February, but Tesla's numbers dropped by 49% year-over-year.EVs now account for 15.2% of the total market share in the EU, while Tesla's market share slipped from 21.6% in 2024 to 10.3% in 2025.
