Over the past 4 years at Texas Solar, I’ve had the opportunity to lead the product team and build software products that directly contributed to the company’s success.
I led the development of 10+ indigenous SaaS products, including the Texas Solar Scheduler App, which optimized construction scheduling across 5 states, improving efficiency by 35% and impacting 12000+ residential solar projects.
I created a company-wide KPI system in April 2021 to track team productivity, refine operations, and align with company goals.
I led the rollout of Green Lease Co., a solar leasing platform serving 10,000+ sales reps and 18,000+ homeowners annually.
I created password-encrypted sales portals for 200+ partner companies, offering secure access to project pipelines to external stakeholders without exposing sensitive internal data.
I implemented a barcode-based inventory system to track materials in Texas Solar’s warehouse, integrating tools like Google Sheets, AppSheet, and barcode scanners.
In early 2024, I identified inefficiencies in managing projects, files, and CRM across 10 departments. I developed a software named Coperniq, a unified software system tailored to our company’s needs.
By January 2022, I began to understand that Texas Solar’s field crews, electricians, and roof leads across Texas faced challenges in managing site data and logistics. I proactively took up the effort of revamping the technology infrastructure for field-facing apps to provide a scalable, automated solution.
I developed a repeatable, printable reporting template to track progress across 10 departments with 30 metrics each.
I partnered with the CEO to execute social media campaigns that grew LinkedIn followers from 10 to 1000, earned 1500+ five-star Google reviews, and reached 10K+ YouTube Live viewers.
