Delays in the development of the Exynos 2500 have led Samsung to use the Exynos 2600 for the Galaxy S26 series. The Exynos 2600 will be fabbed on Samsung SF2, a 2nm Gate All Around (GAA) node.It promises 12% higher performance, 25% better power efficiency, and a 5% reduction in chip area compared to SF3 (the 3nm node). The Exynos 2600 is expected to go into mass production in the final quarter of this year to meet the demand for the Galaxy S26 series production.
