The upcoming shooter Den of Wolves from 10 Chambers will feature microtransactions, but without lootboxes or 'math-fuckery' and 'buckazoids'.
Unlike 10 Chambers' previous game, GTFO, which offered all DLC for free, Den of Wolves will likely have microtransactions to generate more revenue for the larger 100-member studio.
The game will be a premium priced title, potentially two-thirds the cost of triple-A games, and will not have pay-to-win elements or manipulative practices.
Den of Wolves won't have in-game currency or randomized lootbox-style elements, and players who purchase DLC maps can host friends who haven't bought the DLC.
