According to new research from Atlassian, Fortune 500 executives are more concerned about employee productivity than returning them to the office.
The survey of 200 executives revealed that 43% identified low productivity as their top organizational challenge. Despite only a third believing in-office policies impact productivity, 76% are more worried about how teams work rather than where.
Concerns stem from the struggle to trust remote work and adapt to the loss of control. Decreased organizational loyalty and coordination challenges were reported in remote work, with solutions proposed, such as focusing on employee scheduling and collaboration strategies.
