Toyota is responding to the demand for electric vehicles with the upcoming launch of the Toyota C-HR+.Unveiled in Europe initially, the Toyota C-HR+ is expected to make its way to the United States.The C-HR+ shares similarities with Toyota's bZ4X and uses the e-TNGA 2.0 platform.Offered in all-electric variant, the C-HR+ features two battery options - 57.7 kWh and 77 kWh.With a driving range of 373 miles on the WLTP cycle, it rivals Tesla Model Y in range.The C-HR+ is available in front-wheel-drive and all-wheel-drive versions, with the latter delivering up to 343 horsepower.Standard features include an 11kW onboard AC charger and fast-charging capabilities at up to 150kW.Inside, the C-HR+ offers a modern display, route-planning improvements, and notable warranty for the battery.Expected to be released in Great Britain and Europe by late 2025, its U.S. arrival is anticipated.The Toyota C-HR+ could potentially expand Toyota's electric vehicle lineup in the U.S. market.
