<ul><li>upGrad, Asia's largest integrated learning and skilling company, has released its India Career Upskilling Report Vol. 1, based on insights from over 3,500 white-collar professionals in urban India.</li><li>The report reveals that professionals who invested in upskilling in the last 3 to 5 years experienced a 2.5x increase in appraisals, 2.3x more frequent promotions, and 1.7x improved job security.</li><li>Women who upskilled found it easier to return to work after a career break and experienced a 4.8x improvement in career stability. Working parents had a higher upskilling rate, with 2 out of 3 upskilled professionals being parents.</li></ul>
