Women are more committed to remote work than men, per a survey by UK's Space32. Only 59% of women, compared to 67% of men, would choose daily office work even for their dream job.
Women are more likely to consider increasing office days for career progress (50%), while men are more open to it (60%).
Previous US and Indian surveys also show women prefer remote work and value flexible hours more.
Concerns arise about gender inequalities due to women spending more time on domestic tasks with remote work, potentially impacting career growth and skill acquisition.
