Xiaomi is set to introduce its first in-house SoC, Xring O1, alongside the launch of the new tablet Pad 7 Ultra on May 22.
The Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra recently surfaced on Geekbench, indicating acceptable performance with its 2,191 single-core and 8,741 multi-core scores.
The discrepancies in chip performance between the tablet and smartphone versions of the O1 chipset are due to lower clock speeds specifically for the tablet variant.
The upcoming Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra is expected to feature a large 14” OLED display, a 12,000 mAh battery with 120W wired charging support, and a slim design weighing 609 grams, with details about keyboard and stylus support to be revealed soon.
