Xiaomi is preparing for a significant product launch event to celebrate its 15th anniversary on May 22, where it will unveil the Xiaomi 15S Pro, Xiaomi Pad 7 Ultra, and Xiaomi YU7 - its first electric SUV.
The event, titled 'New Starting Point,' will also introduce Xiaomi's new in-house smartphone chipset called Xring O1, fabricated on a 3nm process and featuring performance similar to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 with a 1+3+4 CPU configuration.
Rumors suggest that the Xring O1 chipset will include a Cortex-X925 prime-core, three Cortex-A725 performance cores, four Cortex-A520 efficiency units, an Imagination Technologies GPU, and a 5G modem from Unisoc.
The event is set to commence at 7PM Beijing time (11AM UTC) and is expected to reveal innovations in both hardware and software by Xiaomi.
