Apple has agreed to pay $95 million to settle a class-action lawsuit alleging privacy violations tied to Siri activation.
Eligible Apple buyers can claim up to $100 or up to $20 per device for five devices for Siri-enabled Apple products purchased between September 17, 2014, and December 31, 2024.
Potential claimants have until July 2 to submit their claims with proof of a transaction received through an email from [email protected].
The settlement is expected to be finalized on August 1, pending court approval, and payments will be made accordingly.
