TempAI utilizes a self-learning temperature model to improve temperature prediction accuracy by over 15 percent, optimizing thermal utilization of electric motors without compromising reliability.
The platform generates physics-based models from measurement data, allowing for cost-efficient implementation in series production and delivering up to six percent higher peak power and efficiency improvements in driving tests.
TempAI also offers ecological benefits by reducing reliance on rare earth materials, significant time savings in development, and improved efficiency and reliability of electric drives through AI-driven modeling of internal thermal processes.
