<ul><li>Zoom Video Communications has been granted a pan-India telecom license that will allow it to provide telephone services to its enterprise customers.</li><li>The license will enable Zoom to offer its cloud-based private branch exchange (PBX) service, Zoom Phone, to multinational corporations &amp; businesses operating in India.</li><li>Sameer Raje, the General Manager and Head of India and SAARC Region, said that Zoom Phone could help Indian businesses support flexible work environments, foster greater collaboration among employees, and improve the customer experience.</li></ul>
