M4 MacBook Pro: Here’s everything we know so far

Apple's M4 MacBook Pro is rumored to launch in the next few weeks and is expected to come with an M4 chip, giving it a significant performance boost.
It's likely to be priced higher than previous models, although no concrete details have been released yet.
Benchmarks have shown that the M4 chip inside the MacBook Pro is about 27% and 31% higher in single-core and multi-core scores, respectively, than the M3 chip.
Specs-wise, the M4 has a 10-core CPU, 10-core GPU, 16GB of memory, and a base clock of 4.41GHz.
The MacBook Pro may come with an OLED display, given its shared display engine with the M4 chip in the iPad Pro, although not until 2025 at the earliest.
There might not be many design changes, with the exception of three Thunderbolt ports and a Space Black color option.
The M4 MacBook Pro will come with significant software upgrades, such as Apple Intelligence, which lets the Mail app categorize your emails, Siri, and a new Passwords app.
Some Apple Intelligence features won’t launch until 2025, and there are rumors of an Apple Intelligence+ suite of advanced AI features that could be a paid software bundle.
The M4 MacBook Pro is expected to be the entry-level model, so we can expect that there will be more advanced chips in the M4 lineup as well.
We should learn more about the launch date and pricing during Apple's upcoming announcement, expected to happen between October 21 and October 22.

Massive M4 MacBook Pro leaks have been ‘confirmed’ to be true

Bloomberg reporter Mark Gurman has confirmed leaks of the upcoming M4 MacBook Pro as authentic.
Gurman writes that he has sources deep inside Apple and that the specifications and internal model numbers align with what he's been hearing.
Leaked images suggest the base model will feature an M4 chip, 16 GB of memory, 512 GB of storage, and three Thunderbolt 4 ports.
The base model also appears to come in Apple's SpaceBlack colorway.
The confirmed leaks represent good news for consumers, but not for Apple, which has never suffered a major leak like this before.
The scale of this breach comes with 200 units of the M4 MacBook Pro reportedly up for sale and multiple posts by various Russian YouTubers.
Despite doubts about the leaked MacBooks, Gurman reports that he is convinced that the laptops are authentic due to the verification of his sources.
Gurman speculates that these laptops may have been stolen in Europe before being sent to Russia.
Gurman believes that the M4 MacBook Pro will hit store shelves on November 1.
We cannot confirm the authenticity of the leaks, but Gurman's endorsement makes them a likely possible outcome.
