Majority of the employees want to work from the office: Survey
- 67% of employees want to work from the office while 18% want to work from an office close to their place of residence and remaining 15% prefer working from home, according to a survey by The Office Pass (TOP), a coworking operator.
- Coworking spaces are preferred by employees in HR (88%), sales & marketing (70%), admin (69%), and procurement & logistics (67%).
- 54% of founders want employees to come to the office regularly, while 26% are open to coworking spaces, and 20% consider a hybrid approach.
- Employers hiring more than 50 employees prioritize formal office spaces, while those hiring 25-50 employees prefer coworking. Smaller teams are open to permanent work from home (12%).
