  • VR writer and consultant, Skarred Ghost, has revealed his excitement over attending CES 2025 after covering the event in previous years in a virtual capacity. Skarred is set to meet with VR/AR companies and hopes to report back on new hardware releases which he will either cover on his blog or on YouTube. His stay at the event has been limited to four days, including one press day, however he aims to make the most of the experience by meeting interesting people and trying innovative products.
  • Skarred revealed that while attending CES for real has been a dream of his, there have always been obstacles which had previously prevented him from going. He initially started virtually covering the event because of financial constraints, but more recently personal or work-related issues had kept him from the exhibition.
  • Skarred is also looking to see what parties he can attend during CES and mentioned his fondness for free food, stating that events aren't quite the same without it. The writer called his trip a “personal best CES” and touched on the fact that it is his first year attending the event, asking readers for tips on what companies or products to look out for.
  • Skarred is open to potential collaborations for his development work and says he would positively welcome suggestions from others on certain products or individuals he should meet with. The VR consultant and writer also gave thanks to his Patrons for supporting his visit.
