AMD’s Ryzen 9000 CPUs could be a flop according to a new survey that’ll make difficult reading for Team Red

A new survey conducted by German tech site 3D Center reveals that the initial reaction to AMD's Ryzen 9000 CPUs has been mostly negative.
Out of nearly 1,000 respondents, 55% had an average reaction, 21% had a positive reaction, and 24% had a negative reaction.
The main reasons for the negative reactions were the lack of strong gaming performance and an overall lack of generational uplift in performance.
Compared to previous generations of Ryzen processors, Ryzen 9000 has received a more lukewarm reception.

The best SSDs for PS5 in 2024

A standard PCIe Gen4 x4 M.2 NVMe SSD can solve all PS5 storage issues.
The PS5 will accept internal drives with between 250GB and 8TB capacity.
PS5 games can be between 30GB and 100GB with exceptions like Modern Warfare and Warzone which will require about 250GB.
There's no point in going for a 250GB PS5 SSD as 500GB drives at $60 to $80 are a better option.
If you have the money, opt for a high-capacity 1TB drive, which should run you about $100.
The official answer is that an “M.2 Socket 3 (Key M) Gen4 x4 NVME SSD” is compatible with the PS5.
Sony says drives should be able to handle sequential reads at 5,500MB/s.
Most new SSDs are fine as the PS5 can fit 22mm-wide SSDs of virtually any length (30mm, 40mm, 60mm, 80mm or 110mm).
An external SSD connects to PS5 via USB, is only good for playing PlayStation 4 games, or storing PS5 titles.
Higher capacity 2TB drives offer marginal savings per gigabyte, while 4TB and 8TB models should be avoided.
